Job Summary

Strategic, quota-driven field sales role responsible for developing and executing territory plans across Western Canada. You’ll engage Cochlear Implant centers, hospitals and educational programs, deliver product demos and clinical support, and collaborate cross-functionally to expand market presence while meeting or exceeding annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to achieve or exceed sales targets by analyzing market opportunities and positioning the value proposition to drive revenue and market expansion.
•Manage territory operations through account planning,Salesforce CRM reporting, pre/post-call planning, and budget management to maximize territory performance.
•Build and strengthen relationships with cochlear implant centers, hospitals, referral sources, schools, and educational programs to expand market presence.
•Deliver compelling sales presentations, customer education, and product demonstrations while identifying customer needs and securing commitments.
•Provide on-site clinical support including case coverage, device programming, candidacy assessments, troubleshooting, and training customers on product usage.

Travel: High travel

Salary: CAD 80,980 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s or Au.D. degree in Audiology or a related profession with CCC-A and/or Advanced Bionics certification preferred.
•Minimum one year of clinical audiology experience with adults and pediatric cochlear implant patients; sales experience is a plus.
•Strong knowledge of cochlear implant technology, candidacy assessments, and related testing procedures.
•Willingness to learn and apply consultative sales techniques to increase market share and support centers.
•Proficiency in English and strong presentation/communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office and clinical software.
