Key Responsibilities

  • •Solicit, consolidate, analyze, and develop internal/external resource forecasts for Networks Operations.
  • •Control and oversee headcount, external resources, and overtime/capitalized labor; prepare and manage budget and monthly reporting, monitor variances, and escalate as needed.
  • •Develop and enhance performance metrics, identify trends, and deliver ad-hoc analysis for enterprise value creation.
  • •Collaborate with HR Business Partners on workforce plans and evaluate/approve incremental internal labor needs and internalization of activities.
  • •Establish and improve workforce management processes for position/contractor approvals and changes, including recruitment operations, workflows, data governance, and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •Master’s/MBA degree preferred.

  • •Proficiency with SAP fundamentals and processes (preferred).
