Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •15+ years’ experience in commercial management on large-scale infrastructure or rail programs.
  • •Experience delivering high-speed rail or complex rail systems, including signaling, telecoms, electrification/traction power, and rolling stock interfaces.
  • •Strong working knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, or similar contract frameworks and change/claims processes.
  • •Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills with a track record of stakeholder engagement.
