Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the personalization direction for photo-text search and implement personalized algorithms for this vertical.
  • •Integrate photo-text visual, text, and user behavior data to build scenario-adaptable personalized retrieval.
  • •Use large model technology to enable model scaling, improve performance and generalization, and explore generative recommendation for photo-text scenarios.
  • •Improve photo-text information acquisition efficiency and address user interest mining through personalized linking.
  • •Ensure stability, optimize performance and cost by monitoring the personalization link and partnering with architecture teams to improve training and inference efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above in a computer-related major with strong coding ability and a foundation in data structures and algorithms.
  • •Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ and Python, and familiarity with common data structures and algorithms.
  • •Strong machine learning coding ability with in-depth research experience in areas such as NLP and computer vision.
  • •Ability to design algorithms and analyze/solve problems, with good initiative, curiosity, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • •Preferred: experience building recommendation systems for advertising/search engines, including R&D or implementation related to model scaling and generative recommendation.
