  • •Mentor and lead the execution of the office’s local engineering group to meet goals and objectives.
  • •Support local engineering management as an escalation resource in coordination with local operations management.
  • •Share and reinforce AVI-SPL standard practices; conduct daily huddles to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • •Perform spot checks for accuracy and adherence to company standards; run lessons learned meetings as needed.
  • •Review pre-construction design/documentation, technical design, and pricing; translate customer requirements into functional system designs and maintain technical documentation.
