Provide an exceptional customer experience by building long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers through proactive outreach. Process teller transactions and serve as a member of the platform staff, using a consultative approach to uncover customer needs and tailor recommendations across the customer lifecycle. Partner with internal teams to resolve issues, review customer credit and financial information for appropriate solutions, and follow risk, ethics, and conduct policies to support a positive customer experience.
