Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and lead the technical direction of end-user features used by millions worldwide, with a focus on AI features for Webex Calling.
  • •Mentor and serve as a technical role model for code quality, system testing, reliability, and operational excellence across the engineering team.
  • •Drive AI-first engineering best practices using LLM-based tools to accelerate productivity and delivery of customer features.
