Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide specialist structural engineering expertise for ADNOC Offshore projects under a PMC scope to ensure EPC compliance with specifications, codes, ADNOC standards, and HSE requirements.
  • •Review and approve EPC structural design deliverables including design basis, calculations, drawings, and specifications.
  • •Perform independent checks on critical structural calculations and review structural analyses for loads such as in-place, transportation, lifting, fatigue, seismic, blast, and accidental loads.
  • •Act as the PMC focal point for structural engineering matters and manage interfaces with the client, EPC contractors, and other disciplines.
  • •Support project phases (FEED through installation and commissioning), review vendor documents and methods, and assist with audits, TQs, and MOC to ensure quality and safety compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • •Chartered Engineer status (CEng/PE) advantageous.
  • •15+ years of structural engineering experience.
  • •8–10 years in offshore oil & gas projects.
  • •Proven PMC/consultant experience overseeing EPC contractors, with experience in ADNOC Offshore or Middle East offshore projects preferred.
