Senior Executive - Terminal Operations - Rail & Inland Terminals

Own day-to-day terminal operations across the yard, rail and warehouse for EXIM and domestic shipments, ensuring faster turnaround of rakes and containers. Drive on-time gate-in/gate-out performance, reporting, and KPI achievement while preventing revenue leakages. Manage warehouse workflows (inward, put-away, picking, outbound, inventory), train loading/unloading, safety/security compliance, and customer-level SLAs through audits, stock takes, HSE reporting, and MIS/productivity monitoring.
