Key Responsibilities

  • •Fiscalização das equipes de campo / terceiros (instalação e reparo de assinantes FTTC e FTTH/FTTS/GPON);
  • •Apontamento de irregularidades nas fiscalizações e registro na ferramenta de controle;
  • •Monitoria das equipes críticas do quarto quartil;
  • •Acompanhamento das metas, resultados e planos de melhoria das equipes;
  • •Apoio na elaboração de planos de correção e melhoria junto às PSRs para os indicadores operacionais
