Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee investment performance and operations for Halliburton’s equity and/or commercial ownership in oil and gas properties.
  • •Direct and manage asset teams, including asset operations and geoscience/engineering professionals, accountable for managing and developing the field.
  • •Drive optimization of existing asset NPV through prudent decisions for continued operations, investment, development, and technological improvements.
  • •Lead acquisition of new oil and gas assets from opportunity identification and scoping through commercialization and development, with focus on maximizing Halliburton PSL content.
  • •Maintain accountability to executive management for planning, budget oversight, and P&L performance with ethical, safety, environmental, and business compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree in Petroleum Engineering or Geoscience.
  • •Minimum 20 years of relevant oil and gas experience including deal structuring/negotiation and commercialization.
  • •Experience with oil and gas accounting practices and onshore/offshore asset management.
  • •Technical and managerial leadership experience, including mentoring/leading senior managers with middle-management oversight.
  • •Strong knowledge of oil and gas technical disciplines, including advanced interpretation/engineering methods; experience in unconventional plays and offshore shelf areas.
