Product Owner – Airline Operations, Crew Systems & Maintenance

Bridge business needs and technical delivery by defining product vision and strategy, shaping and prioritizing the product backlog, and translating requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Plan sprints with development teams, coordinate with QA and stakeholders on testing and quality, and collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with enterprise architecture. Measure success via KPIs and analytics, manage roadmap updates, and support adoption through documentation and training.
