Job Summary

Own the narrative, operating rhythm, and performance management for the US Global Payments Solutions business. Key Responsibilities

•Own the narrative for the US GPS business by preparing decision-ready materials and concise commentary on performance, risks, and priorities.
•Set and run the operating rhythm by owning cadence and governance forums, tracking actions, and ensuring timely information for leaders.
•Drive the people agenda, supporting employee engagement and internal communications and translating feedback into measurable actions.
•Lead simplification and continuous improvement across business management processes through automation and internal AI tools.
•Own business performance management across financials, workforce, and reporting, including the annual operating plan, revenue forecasting, headcount planning, and leadership dashboards; enable GPS Sales with sales operating routines, insights, and action tracking.

Key Requirements

•Strong communication skills and experience working with senior stakeholders.
•Business presentation skills, including creating visual presentations and delivering oral and written presentations.
•Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including data visualization, AI, Excel, PowerPoint, Visual Basic, and macros.
•Understanding of the sales process, deal lifecycle, and CRM.
•Experience within financial services (cash payments experience desirable).
