Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform failure analysis for NPI and high-volume manufacturing test failures and identify root cause/defect location.
  • •Serve as first contact and first-level failure analysis for manufacturing test-related issues, and escalate complex problems to engineers.
  • •Monitor and maintain FA WIP per shift targets, and communicate shift pass-down on test matters.
  • •Maintain and manage test equipment/lab activities including GR&R, setting up new FA debug benches, preventive maintenance, calibration, and 6S/ESD compliance.
  • •Monitor test failures and yield trends, support continuous improvement projects, and use approved AI/digital tools to improve troubleshooting and decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Electrical & Electronics/Computer engineering.
  • •Working experience in SSD test failure analysis would be an advantage.
  • •Basic knowledge or experience with AI-assisted tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies.
  • •Experience in statistical process control systems.
  • •Ability to work 12-hours rotating shift and communicate in English with good interpersonal skills.
