Key Requirements

•5 years of experience working on diesel trucks and construction equipment, or completion of a 2-year college-level technical program in diesel or heavy equipment mechanics.
•Experience working on construction equipment (preferably dump trucks, trailers, wheel loaders, skid steers, and tug boats).
•Strong hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting/diagnostic skills and the ability to read and interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics.
•Ability to use cutting torches and standard shop tools; basic MIG, TIG, and stick welding experience preferred.
•Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, meet physical requirements (lifting up to 50 lbs), wear required PPE, and maintain reliable attendance.
