Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver professional services engagements in a timely manner, developing an understanding of customer requirements including project scope, technical requirements, and solution design.
  • •Conduct design workshops (remotely and onsite) and lead deployment, migration, and optimization of Fortinet solutions in customer environments.
  • •Execute project tasks to meet timelines and quality standards while acting as a trusted technical advisor during project delivery.
  • •Maintain expert-level technical knowledge across network security infrastructure, VPN technologies, and web application firewalling; resolve or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
  • •Manage project administration and documentation, including timesheets/reports and coordination to complete statement of work and work-complete signing; support knowledge transfer and customer satisfaction surveys.

Key Requirements

  • •8–10+ years of relevant network security experience, ideally with a network security vendor.
  • •5+ years of experience in LAN/WAN/Internet support or administration.
  • •3+ years of experience with network security products and a strong understanding of the security threat landscape.
  • •Network security certifications (Fortinet NSE 4 minimum and above); external certifications such as Cisco, F5, Juniper, Checkpoint, or AWS are a plus.
  • •Scripting experience with Python and experience with APIs (RESTful API), plus strong TCP/IP and networking knowledge.
