Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain contacts with potential clients to understand design and decoration requirements.
  • •Discuss and analyze client requirements, then prepare presentation boards/proposals covering layouts, finishes, materials, furniture, fabrics, and accessories for approval.
  • •Prepare detailed quotations and contracts (where applicable) and coordinate third-party/local/overseas orders through the Buying Department.
  • •Inspect furniture and fabrics upon arrival and supervise delivery and installation, including site supervision if needed.
  • •Keep clients updated on progress, hand over the completed site, and coordinate with the tailoring team for soft furnishings requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or diploma in Interior Design/Architecture.
  • •1-2 years of experience in architectural and interior design project management.
  • •Ability to discuss and analyze client requirements and translate them into proposals.
  • •Experience preparing presentation boards/proposals including layouts, finishes, materials, furniture, fabrics, and accessories.
  • •Ability to supervise delivery and installation to ensure a high-quality finish.
