Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure a safe work environment by complying with safety policies and using appropriate tools and equipment.
  • •Follow company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
  • •Partner with plant employees to maintain operations and help meet daily schedules/estimates as instructed by the plant foreman.
  • •Assist the plant crew with duties including shoveling, loading equipment, general maintenance, digging/spreading/leveling materials, and lifting/carrying supplies.
  • •Operate or learn to operate equipment as needed, including using a loader to supply raw materials, and perform equipment maintenance such as oil/grease and normal operating adjustments.

  • •Articulating equipment experience required.
