Store Supervisor- Shopfloor

Lead store performance by supporting and deputising the management team, driving KPI achievement, and identifying profit opportunities. Set and track daily/weekly sales targets, monitor KPIs through reports, and support store operations including stock management, payroll, admin, and rota. Deliver an exceptional 1-2-1 customer experience, and inspire, motivate, and develop the stylists through training, coaching, and product knowledge.
