Build strong customer relationships by engaging clients in person, by appointment, and virtually with a digital-first mindset. Assess banking needs, gather and process account information, and educate customers on deposit and loan products. Provide an excellent client experience by greeting customers, processing basic transactions, opening accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications. Collaborate with branch team members to serve customers and use available tools to optimize service.
