Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out reactive and remedial electrical works across domestic properties, including power, lighting, fire alarms, emergency lighting, and heating systems.
  • •Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently to restore systems safely.
  • •Complete inspection, testing, and certification, including Minor Installation Certificates and Electrical Installation Condition Reports, plus fire alarm and emergency lighting certification.
  • •Coordinate with housing and maintenance teams to gain access and deliver work right first time.
  • •Maintain health and safety standards by reviewing property risk reports and following safe systems of work.
