Key Responsibilities

•Provide excellent customer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
•Help create a positive team environment encouraging idea and concern sharing.
•Learn and assist across multiple store areas including customer service, product knowledge, placement, visual presentation, and stockroom management.
•Support daily retail operations including POS administration, replenishing stock, pricing and discounts, loyalty program promotion, and cleanliness/recovery standards.
•Support sales performance improvements with leadership and follow asset protection policies and procedures (e.g., loss prevention, inventory control).

•Be flexible with your schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
