Key Responsibilities

•Provide work leadership to junior associates by assigning work, training, coordinating, and checking assignments.
•Serve as a resource for resolving complex problems and tasks and act as the primary point of contact for quality, workflow, product, and equipment issues for the production line.
•Assist operators and maintenance in troubleshooting equipment and support learning all production line setups.
•Monitor line operation, performance, and downtime throughout the shift to help drive efficiency.
•Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen and assure 5S implementation and sustaining while working with engineering, schedulers, and leadership daily.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 37,200 - 55,700 annually

Key Requirements

•Must have a High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years of manufacturing or related experience.
•Must be able to sit and/or stand for 8 hours (or more with overtime), including weekend work when needed.
•Light computer skills with ability to read and enter data as required; ability to read build documentation.
•Quality and safety conscious with strong attention to detail and a good attendance record.
•Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work with light fabrication equipment, and operate torque equipment (steel-toed shoes required).
