Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide work leadership to junior associates by assigning work, training, coordinating, and checking assignments.
  • •Serve as a resource for resolving complex problems and tasks and act as the primary point of contact for quality, workflow, product, and equipment issues for the production line.
  • •Assist operators and maintenance in troubleshooting equipment and support learning all production line setups.
  • •Monitor line operation, performance, and downtime throughout the shift to help drive efficiency.
  • •Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen and assure 5S implementation and sustaining while working with engineering, schedulers, and leadership daily.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have a High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years of manufacturing or related experience.
  • •Must be able to sit and/or stand for 8 hours (or more with overtime), including weekend work when needed.
  • •Light computer skills with ability to read and enter data as required; ability to read build documentation.
  • •Quality and safety conscious with strong attention to detail and a good attendance record.
  • •Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work with light fabrication equipment, and operate torque equipment (steel-toed shoes required).
