Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Finance function across the Dutch market, ensuring one aligned structure, voice, and financial narrative.
  • •Act as key finance partner to Cluster, Region, Group, and local leadership while ensuring governance, controls, and adherence to Group policies.
  • •Drive efficiency, synergies, and simplification across channels by implementing the Finance Target Operating Model and optimizing processes and systems.
  • •Provide financial insights for performance and value creation, including transparency, forecasting, performance management, and cross-channel alignment.
  • •Oversee statutory reporting, compliance, internal controls, audit, risk management, and lead target setting, budgeting, forecasting, and CAPEX planning.

  • •Track record in Finance transformation, operating model design, standardization, simplification, and efficiency improvement.
