Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain user stories from prioritized features with alignment to product vision, acceptance criteria, and readiness definition; sign off on completed user stories.
  • •Make decisions on functionality and work priority; provide product and technical consultation to working teams to drive outcomes.
  • •Plan, size, and monitor project initiatives by developing and maintaining project plans, ensuring tasks, deliverables, and schedules are met.
  • •Solve critical project problems by partnering with teams to identify and remove roadblocks.
  • •Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, team/system demos, retrospectives, inspect-and-adapt workshops) and actively manage/escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 109,900 - 125,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 2 years of experience working with REST APIs and JSON formats.
  • •At least 2 years of experience using API testing tools (e.g., Postman or Hoppscotch) to construct HTTP requests and debug endpoint payloads.
  • •Familiarity with API protocols including API keys, TLS/SSL, and JWT (JSON Web Tokens).
  • •At least 2 years of Payments industry experience and client-facing technical support/documentation skills.
