Associate - Seller Support

Support sellers using the marketplace platform to ensure a smooth selling experience and efficient order fulfillment. Assist with account setup, product listing, order management, and payment issues via email, phone, and chat. Educate sellers on platform policies and best practices, investigate and resolve disputes and complaints, and perform root-cause analysis to address recurring problems while coordinating with internal stakeholders.
