Key Responsibilities

•Prospect and develop new home lending client loan originations and relationships to build referrals.
•Originate and process a targeted number of residential mortgage transactions in line with home lending process and product guidelines.
•Provide clients with details on mortgage options, interest rates, and terms to support informed decisions.
•Collect documents during loan registration and serve as the primary point of contact through the loan process to closing.
•Maintain client satisfaction and loan quality, stay proficient on sales/originator systems, and monitor real estate and mortgage industry trends.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience as a loan officer in 1st mortgage production (preferred).
•3+ years working knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and TIL regulations, plus Equal Credit Opportunity Act and RESPA regulations (preferred).
•Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience (preferred).
•Strong communication and customer service skills to guide clients through the mortgage process.
•Proficiency in sales/service skills such as tele-consulting, prospecting, networking, and COI relationship management.
