Job Summary

Partner with senior business leaders to hire mid to senior-level roles across APAC in a high-ownership, small-team environment. Act as a subject matter expert on the APAC talent market, driving direct sourcing and headhunting from brief to close while building innovative attraction and pipeline strategies. Own the end-to-end candidate experience, advise stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and improve hiring outcomes using hiring metrics.
