Operations Manager

Lead plant operations in Gemonio by coordinating and supervising technical functions across production, planning, engineering, maintenance, and continuous improvement. Translate the Plant Manager’s strategy into executable operational plans, manage and develop technical teams, and drive KPI performance across production, quality, efficiency, and cost. Ensure strong safety and regulatory compliance, manage resource planning to meet timelines and budgets, and partner with HR, Plant Management, and EHS on workforce and employee health and safety.
