Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and roll out scalable systems to allocate labor, track OEE, and schedule orders and labor via system logic.
  • •Implement strategies and tools to ensure orders are resourced and delivered on time.
  • •Partner with Product and Data to define system requirements, align on architecture decisions, and launch enhancements.
  • •Lead real-time dashboard builds connecting labor, equipment utilization, and scheduling performance to business outcomes.
  • •Diagnose bottlenecks, design operational improvements, and lead pilots/rollouts to close gaps.

Key Requirements
