Job Summary

Partner with regional and market leaders and finance colleagues across North America to deliver actionable FP&A insights. Lead annual budget and forecast development, analyze financial performance versus budget/forecast/prior year, and build financial models for revenue, expense, profitability, capacity, and scenario planning. Provide monthly reporting packages and collaborate on strategic plans to improve financial performance, including streamlining reporting and maintaining GAAP-aligned best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead development of annual budgets and forecasts with business partners to gather inputs and pressure-test assumptions.
•Analyze financial performance, including actuals vs. budget, forecast, and prior year, and provide variance insights.
•Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and business decision-making (revenue, expense, profitability, capacity, scenarios).
•Provide timely monthly financial reporting packages to business leaders and finance stakeholders.
•Partner with market and regional leaders on strategic plans to improve financial performance, including streamlining financial processes and reporting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
•4+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
•Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using Excel.
•Experience with financial planning tools such as Workday and TM1 (or similar systems).
•Strong understanding of GAAP and ability to collaborate across teams while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
