Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead engineering engagement with strategic suppliers for NPI and ongoing production, identifying risks, critical parameters, and optimization opportunities.
  • •Define and implement monitoring and documentation requirements for key process steps to ensure consistency and quality.
  • •Establish quality criteria and outgoing quality control (OQC) procedures at suppliers prior to shipment.
  • •Monitor and analyze supplier yield data and quality performance to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
  • •Serve as the primary technical interface with suppliers, resolving engineering challenges and conducting technical audits to improve manufacturing and quality control processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
  • •8+ years of relevant experience in engineering roles with significant focus on supplier management, manufacturing engineering, or NPI.
  • •Proven track record understanding complex manufacturing processes and identifying critical control points.
  • •Strong background in quality methodologies such as Six Sigma, FMEA, and SPC, including yield analysis and driving root-cause analysis.
  • •Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
