•Utilize monitoring, SCADA, logs and historical data to anticipate failures and reduce downtime; define and improve KPIs such as MTTR, SLA and productivity per analyst.
•Develop signals, alarms, screens of supervision and dashboards to monitor metrics following the existing alarm philosophy.

•Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related fields.
