Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the Owner’s Representative and oversee/co-ordinate construction controls throughout the project lifecycle to meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
  • •Validate inspection requirements and conduct inspection activities at worksites, including suppliers and warehouses.
  • •Witness/review testing activities in line with Inspection and Test Plan requirements, and verify approvals are in place before specific works begin.
  • •Review and endorse quality records from manufacturing and installation, and generate inspection and progress reports as required.
  • •Issue final inspection release and release notes, report inspection deficiencies to the project quality team, verify equipment calibration/fit-for-purpose and storage/preservation, support as-built handover, and assist with supplier audits.

  • •Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical or a related field.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in inspection or construction QA/QC roles.
  • •Inspection certificate in a relevant discipline (e.g., welding/electrical/mechanical) from a recognized industry or national body (essential).
  • •Radiographic interpretation certificate for piping welding inspectors (desirable).
  • •Quality auditor qualification by a recognized industry body and experience in data center or critical infrastructure projects (preferred/desirable).
