Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily site supervision of operational activities, labor, materials, equipment movement, and resource distribution to keep costs within budgets.
  • •Maintain acceptable quality of work, minimize rework, and ensure work is 100% completed on or before scheduled dates.
  • •Monitor and use the latest valid drawings issued for execution, and coordinate activities to complete work as built.
  • •Perform corrective actions and remedial work on items requiring rework, as instructed by the site engineer, and reduce rework percentage to 0%.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety procedures during work hours, report risks to the site engineer, and support HSE initiatives and incident reporting/resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience with 3 years of relevant experience in construction/project work.
  • •Knowledge of project construction scope, objectives, and site supervision requirements.
  • •Strong understanding of project safety programs, occupational health and safety, and environmental policies/procedures.
  • •ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills required.
  • •High School Diploma in related technical certificates.
