Job Summary

Lead project and engagement teams delivering Workday’s cloud enterprise applications across Finance, HR, and Planning. Key Responsibilities

•Learn and apply Workday methodology to lead project teams deploying Workday enterprise cloud applications across Finance, HR, and Planning.
•Guide customers through the deployment lifecycle from project start-up through go-live, creatively resolving challenges with internal partners.
•Deliver expected value to customers on time and on budget while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
•Promote innovation and continuous improvement by using AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline delivery.
•Empower project teams and act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal delivery leadership; travel up to 25% across EMEA.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in engagement management, project management, or professional services delivery in a SaaS, ERP, HCM, Financials, or enterprise software environment.
•Experience leading complex software implementation projects across multiple industries, including global or multi-country deployments.
•Ability to bring business and technical experience to create deployment plans aligned to customer industry and transformation programmes.
•Experience planning, coordinating, and delivering complex deployment projects on time and within budget across the full project lifecycle.
•Experience assessing customer requirements, developing implementation plans, coordinating resources, and managing unexpected challenges through post-go-live support.
