Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end lifecycle for assigned reporting and analytical products, including intake, requirements, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and retirement.
  • •Analyze operational performance and portfolio trends to identify drivers, exceptions, emerging risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • •Develop scalable SAS-based data preparation and reporting processes with a focus on automation, documentation, and maintainability.
  • •Create and enhance Tableau dashboards with consistent definitions, actionable metrics, and drill-down capability.
  • •Strengthen reporting governance through reconciliations, quality checks, issue tracking, change control, and clear documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • •5+ years of relevant experience in financial services, operations, reporting, business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields.
  • •Ability to read, write, maintain, and troubleshoot SAS and SQL code.
  • •Hands-on experience building business reporting or dashboards in Tableau (or comparable visualization tools).
  • •Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into data/reporting/technology solutions.
