  • •Manage project schedules, budgets, and key milestones, including resolving field issues.
  • •Coordinate internal stakeholders, consultants, landlords, contractors, and vendors; lead project meetings.
  • •Manage project documentation, permitting, change orders, and closeout activities.
  • •Develop feasibility plans and preliminary planning documents (test fits, fixture layouts, wall elevations, capacity studies) and support drawing/package review.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of construction, store development, or retail project management experience.
  • •3+ years supporting retail construction, store planning/space planning, drafting, or related retail development activities.
  • •Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across scopes, budgets, and timelines.
  • •Experience supporting retail remodels, refreshes, tenant improvements, or new store development projects.
  • •Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, plus experience reading architectural/structural/mechanical/electrical/plumbing drawings.
