Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce accurate sales and pipeline reports on a regular cadence and drive automation to improve reporting efficiency.
  • •Handle ad-hoc reporting and insight requests by refining requirements and pushing back on low-value requests.
  • •Combine data from multiple sources (CRM, Excel, finance/production systems, data warehouses, APIs) to deliver reliable insights.
  • •Build and improve dashboards in Power BI following data, UX, and branding standards.
  • •Own the analytics product lifecycle—requirements, build, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvement—while supporting users with training and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced analytical skills with experience working with large datasets to produce clear insights.
  • •Advanced Excel and experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, and Tableau (SQL is a plus).
  • •Experience with CRM and enterprise systems, including building or maintaining dashboards and data models.
  • •Clear, confident communication skills to explain data simply and work with stakeholders.
  • •Strong ownership, prioritisation, and follow-through focused on data quality and continuous improvement.
