Support day-to-day machine and production operations by diagnosing breakdowns and quality issues, addressing bottlenecks, and improving flow efficiency. Lead project planning and deployment efforts, including upgrades and re-engineering from prepress to production. Apply PDCA to reduce high-impact downtime, assess risks, and standardize documents and work processes. Track and analyze production indexes (UEE, Scrap, UPLH) with real-time, anomaly alerting to drive safety, productivity, and quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle machine breakdowns, quality issues, and daily operation problems.
•Receive, evaluate, and deploy required tasks and projects from product/FOD development, including upgrades, re-engineering, and relayout.
•Use PDCA to address repeatable issues and high-impact machine downtime, including risk assessment and prevention planning.
•Streamline and standardize documents, processes, layouts, and work operations; build training programs and evaluate worker levels.
•Control and analyze production indexes (UEE, Scrap, UPLH), ensure data accuracy, and use anomaly alerts to track good/bad trends in real time.

Key Requirements

•Have a college/university degree in a relevant major.
•2-4 years of previous experience.
•Familiar with maintenance KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, AM, and PM.
•Hold required specialty certifications or obtain applicable licensures within specified timing.
•Demonstrate strong mechanical/technical skills, logical problem solving, and good verbal/written communication.
