Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead creative kickoffs for major projects, owning the brief and setting clear direction from day one.
  • •Manage day-to-day digital ad production within the pod structure, ensuring seamless execution across assets and formats.
  • •Continuously evaluate and improve creative workflows, identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to boost velocity and quality.
  • •Research, test, and roll out new tools and automation solutions to enhance team capabilities.
  • •Create and maintain asset operations (Notion and Airtable tickets, version tracking, Dropbox structure) and ensure quality control across assets.

Key Requirements
