Security Managed Services Engineer (L4)

Manage and resolve escalated security incidents to keep client security infrastructure operational. Proactively investigate security events, meet SLA targets, and support post-incident analysis and remediation. Implement and upgrade security infrastructure, evaluate and deploy new cyber security technologies, and maintain documentation on configurations and policies. Collaborate with IT, network, and application teams to integrate security measures and continuously research emerging threats and best practices.
