Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and oversee cybersecurity projects for operational technology systems across critical infrastructures.
  • •Design secure zone-conduit (DMZ) architectures and engineer network segmentation (VLANs) and firewalls with real-time constraints.
  • •Assess OT cybersecurity programs (standards, policies, plans, procedures) and recommend updates to comply with applicable frameworks and regulations.
  • •Conduct vulnerability and risk assessments and deliver penetration testing for critical infrastructures, recommending remediation.
  • •Respond to and manage cybersecurity incidents; mentor and share knowledge with the OT task force and communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; master’s in cybersecurity is a plus.
  • •8 to 10 years of experience, including consulting firms and/or OT control system vendor or OT cybersecurity consultation experience.
  • •Preferred certifications including GICSP, CISSP, GRID, or GIAC; Certified ISA Expert is a plus.
  • •Strong familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, DCS, and other OT technologies.
  • •Ability to assess, identify, and mitigate OT cybersecurity risks, with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
