Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end store operations: staffing and scheduling, ordering, inbound receiving, stocking, and expense control within operational standards.
  • •Coordinate and supervise store operations including selecting people, routine and preventive maintenance, and shift scheduling.
  • •Optimize fulfillment by ensuring efficient utilization of pickers and multi-tasking roles to improve UTRs.
  • •Manage inventory and replenishment to maintain proper stock levels (avoid OOS/OVS) using inventory assessment and demand planner inputs.
  • •Supervise store personnel and ensure profitability, high customer service, and compliance with hygiene, sanitation, security, and safety standards; monitor and control costs against budget, including shrinkage actions and maintenance activities.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 4 years of experience in supermarket or restaurant operations.
  • •Strong communication skills and a hands-on approach with multiple tools.
  • •Robust interpersonal and intercultural skills.
  • •Fluent English and Arabic (highly advantageous).
