Store Supervisor

Oversee end-to-end store operations, including staffing and scheduling, ordering and replenishment, inbound receiving, and accurate picking/packing of customer orders. Manage inventory control and fulfillment performance while monitoring costs, shrinkage actions, and equipment maintenance. Coordinate store operations by supervising personnel, ensuring hygiene/security/safety and service level standards, and collaborating with the Ops Manager on store issues and improvements.
