Job Summary

Drive the plant’s production flow by creating daily production schedules from the weekly supply plan and using SAP to ensure accurate execution. Manage raw material orders and inventory rotation to keep operations running smoothly while minimizing waste. Coordinate with Accounting, Technical Services, R&D, Supply Planning, and Business Management to support new product development and implementation, and communicate clearly to remove roadblocks and keep production on track.

•Create daily production schedules from the weekly supply plan aligned to product requirements and optimized for labor efficiency using SAP.
•Collaborate with Accounting, Technical Services, R&D, Supply Planning, and Business Management to drive new product development and implementation.
•Manage raw material availability, inventory rotation, stock transfers, and finished goods to maintain efficient operations and product quality.
•Communicate clearly across teams to ensure smooth workflows, precise production, and customer satisfaction.

•Bachelor’s degree (accredited four-year college/university) and 2+ years relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

•Preferred experience in the meat or food industry.
•Excellent working knowledge of SAP (Production Planning, Material Management, and Sales Distribution).
•Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and order processing software.
