Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary Tier 1 point of contact for global benefits inquiries, resolving standard requests and escalating complex cases.
  • •Administer benefits programs and vendor relationships across EMEA and APAC, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment to Total Rewards philosophy.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end leave-of-absence processes (statutory and company-provided leaves) across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Partner with Payroll and external brokers to ensure accurate benefits enrollment, changes, and offboarding workflows.
  • •Analyze benefits utilization data and employee queries to identify trends, propose improvements, and support open enrollment and new-country benefit launches.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of experience in benefits administration, leave management, or related HR operations, ideally in a global or multi-country environment.
  • •Working knowledge of EMEA and/or APAC benefits structures, statutory requirements, and leave entitlements.
  • •Excellent communication and a service-oriented, empathetic approach to employee support.
  • •Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and HR ticketing/case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira, or Workday Help).
  • •Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups, pivot tables) and strong analytical skills for benefits data and invoice reconciliation.
