Insomniac - Manager, Building & Engineering

Manage infrastructure planning for Insomniac festivals and large-scale events, partnering with production teams to ensure engineering integrity and compliance. Lead vendor and contractor sourcing, scope, budgets, timelines, and performance, while maintaining safety and emergency readiness. Conduct site inspections and risk assessments before, during, and after events; uphold building/fire code and OSHA compliance; maintain permits and certifications; and control operating expenditures across installations, teardowns, and venue projects.
