Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and direct the operation of the molding department to ensure parts are manufactured and packaged to Amcor standards.
  • •Set up and start machines, monitor quality at start-up, and make adjustments to maintain efficient production.
  • •Respond to QA techs and alarms by adjusting machines to maintain appropriate sizes and standards.
  • •Ensure proper packaging procedures, review production schedules, and run production to meet customer demands.
  • •Inspect scrap, maintain safe working conditions/housekeeping, and complete required operational documentation accurately and on time.

Key Requirements
