Job Summary

Ensure safe and timely delivery of ready-mix concrete across industrial and residential projects as the company’s on-the-ground representative. Operate ready-mix trucks and related equipment, perform DOT-standard pre- and post-trip inspections, and maintain accurate mileage logs and delivery records. Load and unload materials as needed, follow traffic laws and company safety procedures, and handle minor maintenance while supporting the team and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

•Safely operate ready mix trucks to deliver concrete to job sites and company locations.
•Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections by DOT standards.
•Load and unload equipment and materials as needed.
•Maintain accurate mileage logs and delivery records, and follow company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws.
•Perform minor truck maintenance, keep the vehicle clean and orderly, and support the team with additional duties as required.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required.
•3+ years’ experience driving trucks of similar size and equipment preferred.

•Pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check; hold a valid DOT medical card.
•Commitment to safe work practices and PPE usage, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and travel for assignments.
