Key Responsibilities

  • •Characterize, evaluate, and refine clinical processes while developing, implementing, and refining clinical decision support systems.
  • •Procure, customize, develop, implement, manage, evaluate, and continuously improve clinical information systems including EHR and related applications.
  • •Conduct workflow mapping, assessment, redesign, and implementation support for Oracle Health Federal EHR deployment workflows.
  • •Identify and correct data anomalies, support complex reporting requirements, and provide advanced analytics for post go-live operations and clinical research initiatives.
  • •Develop educational materials and support clinician readiness and adoption through assessments, super-user support, and peer-enablement activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required.
  • •5+ years of related experience in clinical informatics or a clinical setting with health IT experience.
  • •Knowledge of Veterans Health Administration workflows.
  • •Proven experience refining clinical decision support systems and optimizing clinical/operational workflows in complex healthcare environments.
  • •Extensive knowledge of Oracle Health platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems, including enterprise-wide deployments.
